Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service during the first 14 days, you can request a full refund.
After the 14-day period, refunds are generally not available. However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially in cases of technical issues or non-delivery of service.
How to Request a Refund

Settlement Period
Once Refund is initiated, We will take around 3-7 business days to settle the refund money back to the source bank account.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to our service until the end of your billing period, but no further charges will be made.
